Refund policy

At Beagle Shenanigans Designs, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because each item is printed to order, we ask that you read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging (where applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not return any items until your return request has been approved. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We'll work with our printing partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.


Change of Mind

Because all products are printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour
  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Please check our sizing guides carefully before placing your order.


Personalised Products

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a return, once your return has been approved you may place a new order for your preferred item.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products where permitted by law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, arrives damaged, is not as described, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
